Psychological counselling

Psychological counselling may be helpful in the presence of:

  • prolonged anxiety and stress
  • difficulties in emotional regulation
  • personal or professional relationships experiencing complexity
  • significant life transitions (choices, separations, reorganizations, professional changes)
  • critical experiences or events that have left lasting traces

Each pathway is built around the specificity of the situation and the individual way in which the person interprets and lives their experience.

Psychological counselling provides a space for listening and reflection  where individuals can explore their own functioning, recognize recurring patterns, and understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another.

The cognitive-constructivist approach guides the work toward a more articulated understanding of experience, encouraging the emergence of alternative perspectives and more functional ways of responding.

The process develops gradually over time, respecting individual rhythms and available resources, with the aim of supporting greater emotional stability and a more conscious relationship with oneself and others.

Psychological counselling is a space free of judgment and “labelling”. The person is not defined by the difficulty they experience, but is supported and guided in understanding their way of dealing with it, enhancing both existing resources and those that can be developed throughout the process.

The work is based on active collaboration, clarity of goals, and a climate of respect and attention to individual experience.
